3. Payment Terms
A signed contract and deposit are required to begin any project. Payment schedules will be detailed in your specific service agreement. Late payments may incur penalties.
4. Project Timeline
Most installations are completed within approximately 20 business days, weather permitting. We are not responsible for delays caused by permits, inspections, or force majeure events.
5. Permits and Regulations
We handle all necessary permitting with local authorities unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information and access.
6. Warranty
Our pools include a limited manufacturer warranty on the shell and a workmanship warranty on installation. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions, underground utilities not marked by 811, or unauthorized alterations made by third parties after installation.
